BGM

Battle Champion Mentioned in "trainer_types.txt" as the battle music for the Champion.
Battle Elite Mentioned in "trainer_types.txt" as the battle music for Elite Four members.
Battle Gym Leader Mentioned in "trainer_types.txt" as the battle music for Gym Leaders.
Battle roaming Mentioned in script section Settings in the array ROAMING_SPECIES.
Battle trainer Mentioned in "metadata.txt" as the TrainerBattleBGM global metadata.

Mentioned in script section Utilities_BattleAudio in def pbGetTrainerBattleBGM and def pbGetTrainerBattleBGMFromType. This is the default music for trainer battles.

Battle victory Mentioned in script section Utilities_BattleAudio in def pbGetWildVictoryBGM and def pbGetTrainerVictoryBGM. This is the default music for winning a wild or trainer battle.

In the folder "Audio/SE" is a folder called "Cries". In here are all the Pokémon cries.

Attack animation sound effects

In the folder "Audio/SE" is a folder called "Anim". In here are all the SE files used by attack animations. Some of them happen to be duplicates of files in the main "Audio/SE" folder, but this doesn't matter.
